We filed the claim with our homeowners insurance company and he worked with them and made the entire claims process very easy. We were able to also replace our gutters and window screens and stain our fence. Scott was professional, very responsive and timely with the work. He provided photos of the work as it was being completed and updates. He was very transparent about recommendations. He gave his honest opinion about replacement of certain items and didn’t try to upsale us which we appreciated. He upgraded our shingles to Impact Level 3 for free which saved us $2K on our homeowners insurance after the work was completed. Scott has been in the industry for a while and knows his stuff.
