Privacy policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Highland Roofing Co. LLC (“we”) collects through highlandroofing.co and how we use it. The short version: we use your information to help you with your roof, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type in: usually your name, phone number, the address of the property you want inspected, and your message.
If you sign up for hail alerts, we keep your email and your city so we can email you after real hail there. Every alert has a one-tap stop link.
When you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as your browser type and the pages you visited) to keep the site running and secure.
We count visits and taps on our Call, Text and form buttons (which page, never who) to see which pages help people most. This uses no cookies and no personal information.
How we use it
To contact you about your roof: scheduling your inspection, sending your estimate and keeping you updated on your job.
To send a thank-you or a request for a review after your job. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run our business, such as website hosting, our customer system, and email and text messaging services, and only so they can do that work for us.
With your insurance company or adjuster, if you ask us to help with your claim.
When the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your inspection or job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We never sell or share your mobile number or your permission to text you with anyone else for their marketing.
Your privacy on our website
We never show a customer’s name or street address on this site. Job photos and map dots show the city or neighborhood only, and map dots are moved slightly so no house can be found.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email info@highlandroofing.co or call 877-766-3852.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page with a new date.
