Role 01
Sales Representative
Close deals. Change roofs. Change lives.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess storm damage
- Walk clients through insurance claim processes with honesty and clarity
- Attend adjuster meetings and represent the homeowner's interests
- Close contracts and coordinate with our production team through completion
- Build a book of referrals through great service and genuine relationships
Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated and coachable — willing to learn the craft
- Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face
- Ethical, honest, and willing to walk away from a deal that isn't right
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior sales experience a plus — but not required if you have the right attitude

Role 02
Canvasser / Field Rep
Meet homeowners. Open doors. Start the process.
What You'll Do:
- Go door-to-door in neighborhoods affected by recent storms
- Introduce Highland Roofing and offer free roof inspections
- Set appointments for our sales reps to follow up with interested homeowners
- Work flexible daylight hours — evenings and weekends typically off
- No high-pressure tactics — we educate, we don't push
Who We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable meeting strangers
- Enjoys working outside and being active during the day
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- No prior experience needed — we train the right people from day one

Brand Ambassador
Spread the word. Send referrals. Get paid.
What You'll Do:
- Promote Highland Roofing on your personal social media — Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor
- Engage with our posts through likes, comments, shares, and recommendations in local community groups
- Refer homeowners from your network — family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and beyond
- Hand off leads to Highland — we handle the inspection, sale, insurance claim, and installation
- Represent the Highland brand with honesty and professionalism
Who We're Looking For:
- Outgoing and well-connected — strong personal network online and offline
- Active on social media and comfortable engaging in community groups
- Honest, reliable, and proud to recommend a company you believe in
- Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- No prior sales or roofing experience required — we provide the materials and guidance
